We’re well on our way to an Indian Summer here in NYC so I haven’t quite transitioned out of or packed away my warm weather wardrobe just yet. I’m also heading to Italy in a few weeks for my best friends wedding and the temps in Rome are currently in the low 80s..so this is really turning out to be an extended summer for me! That said, I did want to pick up *a few” new FALL ITEMS that I’ve been eyeing lately. Check them out below & happy weekend everyone!
Maybe it’s because it reminds me of the good ol days but I’m all about this Varsity Trend I’ve been seeing lately. Not sure if I’m cool enough to pull off the varsity jacket but a sweater is definitely in my wheelhouse. I just ordered this budget friendly style from Mango & this one as well. I’ll keep you posted which one works best! SPLURGE: this striped Varsity Sweater from Milly (hoping for a sale soon). p.s. I featured this $19 seater steal in my inta- stories the other week (not a varsity sweater) and I got so much feedback about it I wanted to share it on the BLOG. I went with the grey but it comes in 5 different colors!
I wore this Plaid Blazer over the weekend (My first real fall outfit, which is hopefully coming to the BLOG soon) I’ve been bad about scheduling a shoot this month and it feels like September is jam packed and is already flying by! I’m also obsessed with this plaid style. Budget friendly pick: HERE
I’m not normally a short-skirt kind of gal but I recently picked up this leather mini-skirt and I’m a fan! I paired it with a plaid blazer over the weekend (You may have seen it on my Instagram: HERE ) & I think it would also be cute with a chunky sweater tucked into it. I found this style on major sale & have it in my shopping cart.
DUDLEY STEPHEN’S FLEECE
I’m excited to incorporate one of their newest styles, the Remsen Fleece Blazer into my fall & winter wardrobe. But really any of the Dudley Stephen’s fleeces are a no-brainer especially for busy moms looking to throw on something quickly & still look put together. Check out my latest post & collaboration with them: HERE! (they also have a fleece for kids now)
