Part 5 of my Essentials Guide to baby registering is below!…I’ve highlighted what I think to be ESSENTIALS & EXTRAS in the SOOTH & PLAY category.
For a complete list of registry categories check out my: Master Cheat-Sheet
Hand’s down this Fisher Price Rock & Play got the most use from my baby registry. It’s great for quick naps and is also easily transportable from room to room! *Make sure you get the version that comes with the capability to automatically rock the babe back and forth!
This foam floor mat is great for when baby gets a bit older and is moving around. I didn’t warm to the idea of using a playpen for Rosie (probably because we live in a small apartment in Manhattan) but I considered both this and this
Are you wondering what in the heck a jumperoo is and why your baby needs it? Because I sure was.. (we ended up registering for this rainforest version..I wouldn’t necessarily put it on my must have list but it was pretty cute watching Rosie bounce up and down for the few times she used it
The Dock-A-Tot was not around when I was registering but this is one of the most talked about newborn products from new Mom’s (they all rave about it)
SOPHIE THE GIRAFFE is always a fan favorite! It was a common baby shower gift back when I was pregnant so don’t bother registering for it because you are bound to get one or three once the baby comes.
