Happy Fri-YAY! Today I’m kicking off a new blog series that’s all about you guys! A while back I asked you to send me any topics that you wanted me to cover on the BLOG and I received so many inquires and inspiration that I thought I would make this a weekly series. So for the foreseeable future, all of my Friday Blog Posts will be specific inquiries that have been requested by you! I’m excited to kick off the series this morning and share 3 of my favorite NYC spots to grab coffee & a quick breakfast while you’re on the GO! I’ll be sharing my favorite kid-friendly restaurants next! p.s. Keep sending me ideas!! Please & thank you 🙂
BLUESTONE LANE: I was super excited when this west-village coffee-shop made it’s way to the UWS a few months back. It has since become my favorite place to sit down for a quick cappuccino & croissant or to grab an iced-tea on the go! I kid you not their hibiscus iced tea is the bomb! probably the best iced-tea I’ve ever had! This Australian styled Coffee-Hub takes quality coffee seriously and it’s reflected in each & every cup they serve. If you’re staying for breakfast their known for their avocado toast but try their breakfast sandwich, its delicious!
JACK’S STIR-BREW COFFEE: located in the west village on 10th street and coming to the UWS in the new year! My husband used to live directly across the street from this spot & nothing beats their organically sourced coffee & baked goods! I’m excited for their to-go cup of coffee & home-made chicken-salad to be back in my life come the new year.
(It’s no coincidence that both of these establishments also have locations out EAST in Montauk & Amagansett)
MAGNOLIA BAKERY: This quaint UWS location is great in the am! There are never any lines (which is not the case come lunch-time) and they have a delicious apple cinnamon crumble, croissants & more. There are a few tables in the front by the window where you can sit and enjoy a quick cup of coffee & breakfast if you’re short on time.
