Happy almost weekend! The sun in shining! finally! and I’m excited to break out some of my spring & summer staples. I wanted to do a quick round up and share with you guys some of my favorite items that I’ve been living in lately! Given my state (late third trimester) lots of bloating and swelling everything is super comfortable and easy to slip on and & off. Think lots of pretty dresses, slip on sneaks, overalls etc and a majority of the styles are non-maternity!
Dudley Stephens Summer Wear: did you hear about Dudley Stephen’s new launch of summer staples including this summer dress & college tee I can’t wait to get my hands on the off the shoulder dress (available now) and the girls sent me a new bump friendly poncho/cover up and I’m obsessed. I’ve actually been wearing it with denim and leggings non-stop and looking forward to transitioning it to the beach in a few months! It launches soon and I’ll keep you posted.
Align pants from Lululemon. One of my friends recommended the align leggings during my first trimester. They are not maternity and you can wear them before and after the babe. They are definitely my softest stretchiest most comfortable leggings I own and once you try them you will definitely be back for more. I have 3 pairs now and while the price tag is high you will definitely get your moneys worth. I wear them under the belly around the house but there is a also a very high waisted pair: HERE that fits over the belly.
OVERALLS for summer: Overalls like dresses are easy items to throw on when you are very pregnant because they do not constrict or feel tight around the stomach area. I’ve tried on a bunch of pairs and hands down this is my favorite pair. Don’t forget to use Code: MFRIENDS15 for 15% off your ONLINE & IN STORE PURCHASE at Jojo Maman Bebe (includes maternity, baby & kids items) I also really love this white pair & non-maternity option: HERE
Comfortable Slip on shoes/ sneaks: Feet are fully swollen. I can’t even fit into some of my regular slip on sneaks at this point but this casual pair is my go to sneaker for walking around the city. There’s extra stretch in the back which makes them comfortable and easy to get on & off if you are preggers. Bonus: they are budget friendly
